You can take resistance bands with you everywhere. If you travel a lot, they are light weight and you can carry a set in your carry-on bag. You can do a workout anywhere you are.
You can use a resistance band to train almost any muscle. The bands are easy on the joints and can tailor the specific exercise so that you can train in any aspect of fitness, such as speed, strength, balance, flexibility, endurance and more.
